Event Description / Invoice Narrative

This invoice covers the design, rental, and execution of event décor, materials, and services for a Sales Department business presentation hosted at Vi Assisted Living Facility for up to 40 attendees.

Services include the procurement and rental of event materials, décor elements, and staging enhancements, as well as full setup and breakdown labor. Décor design incorporates the client’s brand colors—teal and silver—to create a cohesive, professional, and visually engaging environment.

The auditorium will feature pipe and drape design and stage enhancements, including decorative planters used to create a polished focal point and elevate the presentation space. These elements are intended to enhance visual impact while maintaining a clean and professional aesthetic appropriate for a business presentation.

Additional décor services include basic event décor and table linens for two (2) buffet tables with two (2) small centerpiece enhancement, as well as fourteen (14) centerpieces for the Wildflower and dining room areas. Centerpieces and décor will align with the overall teal and silver theme to ensure consistency throughout the venue. Client will provide table linens for dining room guest tables.

All services include delivery, professional installation, on-site styling as required, and post-event breakdown and removal of rental items.
